Belram has developped a DVI/HDMI extender based on the celebrated OpticalCON by Neutrik. The main reason why we
have developed this solution is because of the limited transmission length for digital video signals such as DVI and HDMI.
With the use of the OpticalCON in our extender, transmission lengths are greatly boosted, greatly widening the possibilities
and applications it can be used for:

• True Plug&Play converters, detects and automatically sets up the right resolution protocol, no more EDID learning.
